At Royal Oak Construction I’m able to offer a design and build service for your next project.

For my design and build service I use a software package designed for drawing domestic projects easily. This allows me to produce plan and elevation drawings along with a 3d rendering, helping you to better visualize the design.

The image below shows an example of the drawing produced for a design and build project carried out for a client.

These plans are often used for :-

• Conservatory footprints.
• New internal layouts.
• Proposed elevation changes. (Such as the creation of new openings)
• Complete renovation.
• Porch’s.
• Extensions.
• New outbuilding. (ie Garage, Workshop, Shed or Summer house.)

If you choose to use this service I can visit you at a location of your choice and time to discuss any ideas you currently have and anything you’d like to integrate along with possible materials choices etc.

After the initial discussion has finished I will draft the first set of drawings. Following this I will then ask if you would like to make any additions or changes and discuss those with you. After that any changes or additions are made, repeating the process until you’re happy with the final draft.

On completion these plans can then be submitted to the local authority for use in planning applications if needed.

In addition I also offer a design and build service on interior features. These include items such as custom cupboards/ wardrobes, Shelving units etc.
